To sell or not to sell?
February 9, 2010: So if you are considering putting your home on market here are couple of things to consider. First, do put it on now! Many buyers are out there now trying to take advantage of the tax credits. If you are eligible for the tax credit and are out looking for a home, you need to have your current home for… listed now to give the market enough time to produce a buyer so you can in turn buy your house before the end of June. Second, list your house with a full time aggressive agent. Not a part time agent who is only going to work on selling it when they want to. Ask them for a copy of their marketing plan (they probably don’t even have one). Sad, but true!
