These homes in most areas (not just low income areas) are selling at 25%-40% under market value. I know of several homes in Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Hoover, Crestwood, Crestline Park, etc. that are fantastic buys. Use them for rentals or even flips in some cases.
